Today, ACES Electronics (October 28, 2011) held a Board of Directors Meeting to acknowledge the Financial Result of the first three quarters of 2011.

In Terms of the Individual Report

In the first three quarters of 2011, the operating revenue amounted to NTD 2,094,592 thousand, the gross profit amounted to NTD 553,466 thousand, the operating income amounted to NTD 270,396 thousand, the pre-tax income amounted to NTD 711,964 thousand, and the after-tax profit amounted to NTD 584,174 thousand. The basic pre-tax surplus was NTD 5.76 per share, and the basic after-tax surplus was NTD 4.72 per share.

In Terms of the Consolidated Report

In the first three quarters of 2011, the consolidated operating revenue amounted to NTD 3,536,601 thousand, the consolidated operating profit amounted to NTD 1,246,675 thousand (consolidated rate of profit was 35%), the consolidated operating income amounted to NTD 664,832 thousand (consolidated rate of operating income was 19%), the consolidated pre-tax income amounted to NTD 783,746 thousand, and the after-tax profit amounted to NTD 584,174 thousand. The basic pre-tax surplus was NTD 5.76 per share, and the basic after-tax surplus was NTD 4.72 per share.
