ACES R&D Headquarters Inauguration: Strengthening Manufacturing and R&D Capabilities Towards a New Milestone in Global Expansion

　　ACES (Stock Code: 3605) held the Inauguration Ceremony of the R&D Headquarters Building today (March 25) at 11:00 AM at its Guoling facility in Zhongli, Taoyuan. The event was presided over by Chairman Yuan Wan-Ting (袁万丁) and was honored by the presence of Taoyuan Mayor Chang San-Cheng(張善政), Director-General of the Taoyuan Department of Economic Development Chang Cheng(張誠), Chairman of FICG Lin Da-Cheng(林大成), Chairman of Eminent Chuang Zih-Cheng(黃子成), President of National Central University Hsiao Shu-San(蕭述三), and President of Chien Hsin University of Science and Technology Kuo Jui-Hsiang(郭瑞祥). Leaders from industry, government, and academia gathered to witness this significant milestone.
 

　　The ACES R&D Headquarters took two and a half years to complete, with an investment exceeding NT$2 billion. The building spans eight floors above ground and one basement level, with a total floor area of 8,000 ping (approximately 26,400 square meters). Designed according to international green building standards, it integrates energy-saving and environmentally friendly technologies while preserving native greenery and incorporating rainwater recycling for ecological sustainability. The building's design draws inspiration from connector structures, merging precision aesthetics with technological innovation. Its interior is strategically planned to accommodate R&D laboratories, smart manufacturing, and corporate operations, establishing dual cores: the Precision Engineering Smart Manufacturing Center and the R&D Headquarters Base. These serve as powerful wings propelling ACES toward global markets, shaping a world-class innovation hub for the connector industry.

　　With the launch of the R&D Headquarters, production capacity is set to triple compared to the previous Precision Engineering Center, significantly enhancing market supply capabilities and competitive advantages. ACES is the only connector company in Taiwan with fully integrated design-to-production capabilities. The facility features advanced Just-In-Time (JIT) production, Autonomous Mobile Robots (AMRs), and Automated Storage and Retrieval Systems (AS/RS). By leveraging smart logistics and high-efficiency production, the company enhances operational flexibility, reduces manual labor, and achieves a more precise and efficient production model.  On the technology front, ACES is actively developing high-speed PCIe Gen 5 and Gen 6 connectors for cloud computing servers, expanding from GB200 to GB300 architectures to ensure it remains at the forefront of technological innovation and market competitiveness.
